Production and utility zones

Keep the core production functions visible and connect them through defined interfaces.

A - Raw water and treatment

Raw-water receipt, treatment modules, treated-water storage, testing access and hygienic transfer.

B - Bottle production or supply

Preform and bottle storage, blowing where selected, bottle handling and clean transfer to filling.

C - Hygienic filling

Rinsing, filling, capping, controlled access, cap supply, drainage, cleaning and maintenance clearance.

D - Labeling and packing

Label and code application, secondary packing, accumulation, rejected-pack handling and material replenishment.

E - Utility area

Electrical, compressed air, high-pressure air, chilled water and other agreed services with maintenance access.

How many square meters does a plant need?

There is no responsible single answer from BPH alone. Area depends on the complete configuration, warehouse policy, utilities, access, clearance and future expansion.

Should filling be separated from packing?

The appropriate separation depends on product, process, local rules and the agreed hygiene concept. Confirm it during project and local design review.

Is the zone map a final layout?

No. It is an illustrative planning tool for collecting inputs and identifying interfaces.
